January Detox and all the year round

You know the story, over indulgence during Christmas and the New Year then start 2009 promising to “give up the fags”, drink less, loose weight, eat more healthily and do more exercise.

Keep your January Detox sensible, after two weeks of over indulgence its not to hard to go the other way, the problem is with keeping up the new regime, so start off small, go with something managable and keep at it.

The number 1 thing to do for your health, nicotine replacement (patches/gum) has had good results with people going this route and there is plenty of help.

Drink Less
Again its a message we are familiar with and “in moderation” is a good attitude to adopt.
